Executive Coaching

People come to coaching for a variety of reasons but deep down I find these motivations always present:

  • To uncover their purpose. This about discovering what calls us.

  • To develop the capacity and capability to progress on the path of fulfilling that purpose.

  • To find meaning and fulfillment in the work they do (and the life they live.)

Topics your might bring to coaching sessions include:

  • Discovering or refining your purpose

  • Establishing foundation habits & routines

  • Accelerating learning about your domain

  • Developing extreme skills in your area of focus

  • Building the ecosystem around your Mastery

  • Deeper learnings - about yourself, how you're perceived, where you can improve

  • Working through perspectives, beliefs, and attitudes that may be holding you back

  • Preparing for events and key meetings

  • Producing hard results - greater productivity, faster promotions, more money

  • Making moves and taking action

  • Creating and using your "Mastery Wireframe"

Philosophy

I believe people are creative, resourceful, and whole. They possess everything they need to have a life that is rich with accomplishment and deeply fulfilling. For me, coaching is a collaborative relationship that empowers people to live their best lives, uncovering truths through proactive self-exploration and discovery.

As a coach, my role is to provide support to my clients so they to enhance the skills, the resources, and the creativity they ALREADY have.

Foundation

I partner with my clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. My approach is informed by the research I have done in the field of Mastery, 30 years leading teams in technology-related, and Columbia University’s high impact coaching framework, the study of positive psychology, and as Certified Purpose Coach. I am trained to listen, to observe, and to customize my approach to enhance the skills, the resources, and the creativity that my clients ALREADY have.

My Ideal Client

My ideal client is willing to devote the time, effort, or energy to learn from their own experience and explore their inner-truths. They bring their whole-self to the conversation to find solutions and strategies to have a fulfilling life.
